Returns
As digital products, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer refunds once you have accessed the content.
Due to the nature of the product, it can be easily copied and we have no way of removing it from you once you have received it. (You just can't return it like a physical object).
It's recommended not to access content via device for the first time as it's counted as a download by our system.

Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Piracy
We receive an alert as soon as you access your content from 3 IP addresses.
We will notify you when we see suspicious activity with your order.
We manually check each IP access and we arrogate the right to deny any refund to whoever is accessing our content from several distant locations.
We retain the right to revoke the access to each content purchased by anyone who is responsible for piracy as it represents a danger for us.
Bulk Orders
We do not offer refunds on bulk orders.
Number of Refunds
One refund per person.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not provide exchanges. Before buying a product you can try out our taster (if available) to decide which one suits better for your needs.
